Positioning, launches, pricing, competitive strategy and sales enablement. At FlowFuse I led the 3.0 relaunch into three priced products and rebuilt enablement around an AI agent, lifting win/loss from 1.4:1 to 3:1.
Technical writing
750+ articles and papers and 12 published books on APIs, security and AI, read by 2M+ people a month, with work featured in The New York Times and Variety.
Building
Code in 10+ languages, and the demos, integrations and AI-agent experiments behind what I market. Currently Product Marketing Manager at FlowFuse.
